- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
- If you do not check out by 6:00 p.m., you will be charged for a full day, plus tax.
- No-shows will be charged as a full stay, including taxes.
- Rates are in US dollars and do not include taxes (16% VAT & 3% lodging tax). Rates are based on occupancy of 2 people per night. Breakfast is not included.
Taxes Applicable in Tulum
- Sanitation tax equivalent to 30% of the UMA (Unidad de Medida y Actualización) — $27 pesos per room, per night, in effect since July 1st, 2021. From April to June a 50% discount applies, charging $13.50 pesos per room, per night.
- A tourist tax of $224 pesos (approx. $10–11 USD) per guest, in effect since April 1st, 2021, payable online when purchasing flight tickets.
- Extra person: $25 USD per night, plus taxes. During peak season, $50 USD per night, plus taxes.
- Children under 12 years old stay for free.
Tax amounts and effective dates are subject to change by local authorities.
Reservations & Payment
The total cost of your booking including taxes is required to secure your reservation. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or bank wire.
- Credit card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express), plus a copy of your passport or ID.
- Bank wire: your deposit must be complete at least 5 business days prior to your arrival date, for amounts over $999.00 USD.
The booking will be made in the currency used in the country where the hotel is located. Prices shown in other currencies are for informational purposes only and are subject to exchange rate variations.
Cancellation Policy
We understand you may need to cancel your reservation, and we request advance notice whenever possible. Payments are refunded or credited, less cancellation fees. Securing a reservation means you accept the terms of this policy.
Flexible Rate
- No deposit is required at the time of booking.
- 50% of the stay is charged 7 days before arrival; the balance is settled at check-in.
- Free cancellation 8 days or more before arrival.
- Cancellations 7 days or less before arrival, and no-shows, carry a penalty of 50% of the stay.
